In general, the clients that we are working with are choosing designs and finishes that range in the $300-$550 per foot range - not including the lot. When we first meet we will listen and learn about the style and type of home that you would like to build. Based on what you share and our knowledge of general costs we will be able to give you a good ballpark. After we finish your plans, we will get bids that will identify the exact cost of your home.

This definitely depends on the size and finishes but smaller custom homes are typically built in 8-12 months and large custom homes in 12-18 months.
