Your journey begins with an in-depth consultation, during which we discuss your vision, budget, and lifestyle needs. It's important for us to know your total budget, including your financial hard cap.
If you're remodeling your home, we’ll outline expectations, establish timelines, and navigate local building codes. With a remodel, we already have these details and can go over them earlier. With a custom home, these specifics depend on what site you choose.
2. Site Selection
When you're building a custom home, location is everything. We help you evaluate land all over Utah, ensuring access to utilities, compliance with zoning laws, and breathtaking views. We also advise on growth trends and landscape orientation to maximize natural light, comfort, and curb appeal.
As we work to identify the right lot for your needs, we can help you understand each neighborhood's lifestyle and the building viability of each lot. We'll also discuss site-specific factors like the climate, zoning regulations, and access issues.
If you need a remodel, we already know where we're working. We will assess your home’s structure and layout and determine the best ways to upgrade it while keeping the features you love.
3. Design Phase
For both custom homes and remodels, we collaborate with architects and interior designers to develop a plan that blends practical elements with beauty and the latest in design.
Our team builds spaces to maximize beauty, efficiency, and flow, incorporating high-end finishes, custom cabinetry, and smart home technology in your renovation or custom home. In the design phase, you work with designers and architects to find a design that suits your lifestyle.
You can use a favorite designer or work with one of the award-winning professionals we've built relationships with over time and who specialize in the specific style you are looking for.
4. Selections and pricing
We collaborate with you and your designer as you choose materials, lighting, appliances, features, and finishes suited for your budget and Utah’s climate. Our team works hard to match all finishes for home renovations, blending the new addition into the old structure.
With the bids in place, you can approve what selections you want and which ones you want to change. Once all the choices are finalized, we'll give you your final price. The cost of a luxury custom home in Utah varies based on individual factors, but we use a fixed builder's fee agreement to give you a clear, unchanging quote early on.
5. Permitting & Approvals
Before work begins, we secure all necessary permits and approvals to keep you in compliance with Utah’s luxury home building and remodeling regulations. From zoning requirements to HOA approvals, we handle the details so you can focus on the excitement of your new build or remodel.

9. Move-In & Warranty

We offer a 1-year warranty on all our projects, with the option to add a 10-year warranty. We want you to feel confident in our work.
